Ti Manjé Program

Little Food Program

How to Support:

- Sponsor a child

Haitians believe that the only way for their children to gain a better lifestyle is through education. Many of these kids come down from the mountains to go to school. It is important for them to have a consistent option for food. When they have no food, it is difficult to concentrate at school, stay healthy and literally survive.

Since 2011, the Ti Manje Food Program has fed 70 kids so they can stay in school and don’t have to drop out to feed themselves.  In August 2013, they lost their funding. Because we believe in the program, Hands for Haiti has taken over this project. When they have no food, it is difficult to concentrate at school, stay healthy and literally survive. The light is gone from their eyes. We want to see that light again!

For just $36 per month, you can provide food for these children, a good pair of shoes to wear, books and a uniform for school. Please consider sponsoring one of these beautiful children.

You will receive a photo of the child you sponsor and a letter from them about their life in Haiti at least yearly. The teams from Hands for Haiti personally help distribute the monthly food rations when we are there on trips and get to see firsthand the needs of these kids.
